Our experience with the QEDRAK team has been effective in many ways. The participative sessions helped the participants to interact openly to quell doubts and gain in-depth knowledge about the topics. The first session on NEP was extensive and gave every detail of the content and ways to implement. The Session on Lesson Planning helped teachers understand the importance of going beyond book-knowledge, by consolidating the overarching goals of a lesson.
Circle Time which plays a key role as a way to informal learning was done in blended mode of online and offline sessions. It enabled the teachers to understand the effectiveness of Circle Time and to plan the same in a creative way in the interim week between the training sessions.
The last session on Meaningful Assessment opened our eyes to how effectively measurements of learning can be effectively achieved in a classroom, across all levels, using a variety of FA tools. We are happy adn proud to say that Sacred Heart School has introduced it at all levels!
All their sessions were well designed with lot of research work. The sessions did not end with extensive resources. There were post-training handholding sessions throughout, which made the QEDRAK team’s training programmes and approach very different from others.
We look forward to further training sessions in February 2022 at the school campus.
